Prime Your Body for Movement Success

The next time you see a movement skill that you cannot perform yet, but would like to, before telling yourself “that’s way too hard”, or “I could never do that”, instead utilize the priming technique that you learned last week to see yourself in your mind's eye performing that movement.

Use your imagination to prime your body and start to imagine what it would FEEL like to perform that movement.

This is especially helpful when you’re practicing a new movement skill.
